Fitness Program Includes

Strength Club
This class has a major focus on building strength. You will be lifting weights, focusing on injury prevention techniques, building stability in joints and focusing on improving posture and core. Don’t think that it will be an easy session because there is less focus on increasing your heart rate. You will leave feeling all your muscles working shaking with a confidence to take on the world.

Conditioning Class
This class has a focus on cardiovascular and strength endurance. It has a high intensity focus with a section of the class dedicated to improving specific energy system capacity (intervals based on endurance, repeat sprint endurance or explosive power). In this class you can expect to be moving light weights, running, using the air bikes, pushing the sled, completing body weight movements and completing any movements that will help us get fitter and stronger.

HIIT Class
This is our early afternoon burner session. These sessions will comprise of your classic interval training methods. Think bootcamps, high intensity intervals, TABATA etc. The idea is to be able to come in, warm up, get a sweat on and leave. Whether you are dropping the kids off to a martial arts class first or just coming in for a tough, quick session. This class has the flexibility to suit! need to pop in 5 mins late or leave 5 early? we have accommodated to allow for those quick after school hours run arounds.

Team Session
This will be one of the toughest workouts of the week! It is all about coming together in small groups and completing a team fitness workout in the best time possible! We will complete the same workout for 1 fortnight! That means we will have 2 attempts at beating our scores, working with different people and building a community. There will be a leader board set up so we can create team names and record the scores! There will be a women’s team, men’s team and mixed team leader board! Each week you can chop and change your team based on the people that are in the class and smash out a workout to finish the week strong!
